Founded by Joe Jaxon, Flux Pro Events is built on more than two decades of professional experience within the events industry. As a working nightclub, festival and event DJ for over 20 years, Joe has performed for thousands of guests across a huge variety of events, venues and audiences. Alongside his career behind the decks, he has also held senior roles as an Event Operations Manager for a large and well-established events brand, gaining extensive experience in planning, logistics, production and event delivery.

Collectively, we've been involved in the delivery of thousands of successful events, averaging around three events every week for more than 15 years. From weddings and private celebrations to corporate functions, and larger productions, we've spent years perfecting the details that transform ordinary occasions into extraordinary experiences.

This unique combination of entertainment expertise and operational experience allows us to offer something different. We don't just provide services for events. We understand every element that goes into creating them. We know how to read a room, manage timelines, solve challenges before they arise and deliver seamless experiences that guests remember long after the event has ended.
